Successfully implemented and managed 12 different SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer) product improvements.

Traveled to Japan in 2008 for 3 week Preventive Maintenance training.

With Improvements and adjustments to the air flow to our drying systems it saved the company $720K dollars in 1 year by reducing the amount of waste by 80,000 pounds per month.
