Management of full account base in Customer Service II role in a short time span while learning a new industry.
Developed a new Quality Manual thereby reducing document from a copy of the TS standard to a two-page process flow document. Created a usable tool for existing and new employees for training of processes.
Completed RABQSA-Certified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor Training with AIAG ISO/TS 16949:2002 Supplier Auditor Certification in July 2005. Enabled me to perform in-house training to new Internal Auditors in 2007.
