Serco North America is a federal government contractor aiding 400 contracts in the areas of IT services, systems engineering, and HR-focus business process management to all branches of the US military, federal civilian, state, and local agencies. The Corporate HR department supports ~9,000 employees in the US in 45 states, 4 Canadian provinces and 14 countries abroad. Provides support for process improvement for HR Operations and Compensation and Compliance team’s workflow efficiency, creating better systems, and processes.
HR Operations
Spearheads project implementation within the annual HR Operations plan (Mid-Year/Year-End Appraisal, Talent Management, Severance Agreement processes, etc.) involving functional and cross-functional initiatives.
