SIL is a ISO 2001:2008 certified MNC Company producing Radial piston motors.SIL (Sai India Limited) the Indian subsidiary of SAI s.p.a Italy, manufactures, markets and services world class high torque radial piston hydraulic motors and drive units. SIL is a market leader in hydraulic motors and drive units for industrial, construction, marine, agricultural and mining applications, catering to major OEM within the country.

Assembly and testing engineer-Production:(September 2010 to till date);
1. Production planning and control.
2. Scheduling the production for operators according to capacity.
3. Supervising the production section for defect free product.
4. Assembly and testing the motors.
5. Doing SAP process and dispatching the motor.
6. Following the new product Development and preparing the BOM for the new product.
7. Reducing the product cost and based on market trends.
