Phase 1 sitework for an 85 acre hanger and office complex at Minden/Tahoe Airport in Minden, NV. This included supervision of all grading for building sites and roadways as well as taxiways and parking areas, drainage and storm water runoff and preparation for dry and wet utilities. Project on schedule and on budget.
7/2007 to 12/2007 Layton Construction of Arizona Reno, NV
Assistant Superintendent (Contract Position)
Hired locally to help finish the new Cabela’s store in Reno, NV. Supervised installation of all doors and hardware as well as all interior finishes and millwork. Saved over $7000 by finding a local contractor to install and service the automatic doors throughout the building. This job was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
