• Managed forty-five (45) Operations Teams & five (5) Supervisors which serviced our customer’s airplanes 24-hours/day and 365-days/year. Restructured union job bid process and flight assignments saving on average three (3) full-time employees per quarter.

o Reorganized department operations to cut waste and improve process flow, which resulted in a safer and quicker departure sequence.

o Implemented a fuel tracking system which saved an average 375 gallons or $6,800.00 per month.

o Saved $950.00 per month on company cell phones by changing data plans, monthly management of usage, upgrading out of date product.

o Reduced avoidable fleet repairs by $8,000 per year by implementing pre-trip inspections, ensuring all vehicles and accessories in the vehicles were off when not in use and making sure heater blocks were plugged in during winter season to cut down on excess equipment uptime.
