I have 19 years of experience as a Teacher, Lecturer, Dental Program Developer and Chief Dental Officer in Caribbean Islands and am certified in India for Dental Surgery and have worked in many Clinics as Dentist and Supervisor of staff. Conducted school programs and Satellite clinics. Attended health related meetings, advising the Health Minister regarding upgrading and development in various fields of health.

For the first time and history of Turks and Caicos Islands collected water samples from various islands sent it to Trinidad and Tobago for water analysis to see the fluoride contents in water, and advised the Minister to close some of the wells which had over acceptable limits of Fluoride. Conducted first oral health survey for 1575 Govt. school children who were examined,These examination/samples were collected by Dr.Poornachandra C Revanna,Dr.Chandini C Revanna,Nurse Veera Moore,Nurse Jacqueline Bryan. and sent the data to PAHO,Bahamas,From Bahamas was sent to (Pan American Health Organization) Washington DC for further analysis.

Conducted Dental Convention, involved in AIDS programs. Presented paper on oral health status of Turks and Caicos Islands in Bahamas Dental convention and was elected as Executive officer for the next Dental Convention assigning Speakers. Developed the dental system to State of the Art Dental Clinics on all the Islands of Turks and Caicos with the latest materials, instruments and equipment. Sent local students to study Dental Nurses course in Jamaica. Installed Panoramic X-ray units in two major Islands involved in making policy for the dental department. Had Dental chair installed in Prison. Frequently visited the Geriatric ward, and homes of the Disabled. Introduced new methods in making charts, monthly reports, and periodically attended Dental Conventions for continued education and techniques. Received Certificate "Outstanding Contribution" as guest speaker in convention held in Miami.I was well recognized in the Minstry of health collegues from other Caribbean Islands.

Completed Senior Management course, Trained by teachers from United Kingdom. Was on National news paper for the developments and attended yearly meetings in the Legislative council to update the opposition members about budget and developments for the year. Increased number of patients treated, and also the revenues were increased to 110%. Finished contract then moved to the USA.
