Technical Training Associate Manager – Virtual Training (2008-Present)

Orchestrate training at the Warrior Skills Training Center (WSTC) for more than 25,000 soldiers and over 400 military units including the US Marines, Navy, Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard. Conduct direct training as well as oversee and monitor training provided by others to ensure quality, adherence to objectives, and proper equipment functioning. Manage $2 million in training equipment. Present preliminary training and safety briefings to prepare audiences for each training event. Train and coach training personnel, including annual performance and development reviews. Create comprehensive weekly and monthly training reports to track metrics and usage.
