Accountabilities

Managing complete business operations covering Entire South - Bangalore HQ with accountability for profitability; forecasting monthly/ annual sales targets & executing them in given time frame by organisational planning.

Mentoring a team of 65 members including 4 ASM’s; recruiting, monitoring, guiding the sales team to achieve the set target.

Taking care of sales of Ghee, Powder, Cheese (GO Brand), Butter, Set Curd, Yogurt and all dairy products in MT&GT(SMP,Way powder low fat milk powder, Gulab Jamoon Mix).

Understand the fundamentals of the Value business and build a clear strategic road map for the State, keeping in mind the longer term strategic directions of the region. This will form the basis of the AOP.

Build necessary plans to consistently grow shares in each category. Responsible to Drive Value Business themes in each of his ASM territories. Accelerate Cost Effective Growth, drive productivity. Achieve volume targets (Month wise/Qtr wise breakup), focus brand & pack targets. Drive ground level marketing initiatives.

Responsible for regional AOP and act as an FPR. Responsible for forecasting (both monthly & quarterly) for his/her states.
