My duties and Responsibilities are:
Supervise the coordination of MHE assets, safe loading and unloading of cargo, determine work schedules, collect and track operational metrics, and execute the safety and quality plans.
Loading and unloading 20and 40 feet containers by using KALMAR, TEREX and LINDE.
Operates monitors, controls RTCH, and supervise riggers as required to ensure they are Operating efficiently, safely and according to the established procedures.
Determine work schedules and assign MHE missions.
Manage a fleet of Forklifts, Container Handlers and Cranes, schedule necessary maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
Ensure safety policies are effectively executed.
Perform annual training as required for efficiency and compliance.
As available, develop or train personnel on all aspects of MHE operations.
Knowledge of staging yard operations, equipment maintenance, and safety with forklifts, cranes and container handlers is required.
Knowledge in preparing asset utilization reports and safety reports.
Past skills in organizing and supervising the equipment operators
Has the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Displays good skills at measurement.
Has the ability not to lose sight of the big picture while working with the details.
Will assist the Foreman in ensuring that all personnel are properly trained. Enforce government and company safety standards and practices.
Worked as a RTCH Operator/MHE OPERATOR(MHE) in
US Army Logistics, (SSA & S&S) From 26 June 2003 to 10 April 2009.

My duties and Responsibilities are:
Loading and unloading 20and 40 feet containers by using KALMAR,TEREX and LINDE.
Stacking and arranging containers according to the requirements.
Loading and unloading 463L pallets by using CATTERPILLER forklift.
Shipping items to CRSP, by driving 40feet trailers.
Operating and doing the PMCS of forklifts and Heavy Equipments.
Primarily operate up to 45 ton RTCH’s will be TEREX, Linde, Kalamar.
Operates, monitors, controls RTCH, and supervise riggers as required to ensure they are operating efficiently, safely and according to the established procedures.
Will survey and plan all loads prior to execution.
They will assist in the documenting of MHE lifts to include both RTCH and forklifts and to operate 4k to 30k forklifts.
Will assist the Foreman in ensuring that all personnel are properly trained. Enforce
Government and company safety standards and practices.
