I have about 4 years of experience in the LTL freight Industry. I have broken freight from one trailer, and moved
on the dock to the appropriate destination on the Dock. Once that freight is staged, I would Load the freight to the
appropriate trailers. After about 3 weeks I was promoted to Loading the freight onto the trailers. As a Lead Man, I
was responsible for checking projections and finding due freight and making sure that it was loaded on time. My
main responsibilities were loading Phoenix Az, San Diego Ca, Denver Co, and Salt Lake City. Once those runs
were ready, I was to make sure Rialto Ca and all the Relays were loaded to Maximum weight and make sure they
were cubed out. I have 8 years experience and am certified to run a forklift.

I have just moved to the Houston area, and live here with my Family. I started with Old Dominion in 2008
as a Breaker (unloading Freight). After only 3 weeks, I was promoted to loading outgoing Freight. It wasn't
long before I was promoted again and given my own section of the Dock. In the responsibilities that came
with the position, I had to check incoming freight to make sure that the due freight was taken off first and
moved to the proper staging area. Once the freight was ready to load, it was my responsibility to make sure
the freight was loaded on the proper trailers.
