Manage 4 US and non-US Emergency Response Clean Teams (ERCT) and 52 personnel (including laborers, foremen, and equipment operators) for leading global provider of advanced engineering services for public agencies and private-sector companies. Oversee mission to help remediate and remove hazardous and toxic materials from soil and ground water. Develop work plans, budgets, and clean-up estimates for soil excavation, in-situ remediation, and hazardous waste identification. Conduct soil/water sampling and well monitoring, direct site surveys, and coordinate contamination assessments. Implement remediation measures for toxic release of petroleum hydrocarbons and other chemicals. Write safety plans for specific jobs and conduct safety training programs and meetings. Introduced ex-situ treatment for non-TPH impacted soil issues.
