• Performing Tyvek to Film and/or Film to Film Creep test, Burst test, Tensile (Instron) on Breather Bags and Pouches; are being used to pack any kind of medical device.

• Inspecting samples from the Press where we measure the samples, check the print, color and artwork and barcode of the product when product is being returned.

• Handled customer calls for complaints about the press job that is either need rework or need some changes in Certificate of Compliance. Used to generate heat tickets to make changes in the order or to generate rework order.

• Familiar with the lean manufacturing practices (5S, kaizen, kanban, reading graphs). Used to follow the techniques for continuous improvement.

• Followed GMP and GLP procedures to fulfill the requirement of ISO 13485 standards. Used to inspect product that is being used for sterile usage in the medical device industry.

• Made the solution for suppositories and used to fill up the empty vials and seal it. Used to make gel solution by combining 2 to 3 different medications.

• Worked on NexGen version and all its updated versions. Used to finish all the Computer Based Training in timely manner.
