02/2008 to Present Appleton Paper Corp. West Carrollton, Ohio

Senior mechanical planner and project coordinator. To establish/improve planning and scheduling program for 3 major paper manufacturing lines and new projects as they come on line. Have been lead planner for the power house and WWTP for 2 years. Extensive use of Microsoft Projects and Champs CMMS systems. Established planner for corrective and preventive maintenance for monthly, extended and cold downs using MS Projects. Order all parts for downs and daily maintenance when required. Contracted for all outside support for downs and emergencies. During vacations or emergencies step in for maintenance supervisors when not available and as scheduled on call maintenance supervisor for weekends and as needed during weekdays after hours. Established and maintained preventive maintenance and material history data in the CMMS system.

Contracted to develop planning and scheduling program for MSD of Cincinnati. Responsible for developing a professional planning and scheduling department which was non existent prior to MRG involvement. Development of an extensive scheduling program to work along side the current Maximo CMMS system which will be upgraded in the near future.

Project manager for developing Integrated Facility Management programs for facility and core maintenance. Developing both PM and PD programs for core specific equipment including all electrical, mechanical and HVAC. Identifying equipment and building CMMS program to manage equipment and facilities using JDE, Maximo, and customer associated programs.

Contract planner for Cargill Dayton Corn Milling Plant. Responsible for planning plant maintenance for both plant and outside contracted maintenance personnel. Involved in developing a professional planning and scheduling department, which was non existent prior to MRG involvement. Involved with upgrading the preventive and predictive program along with upgrading the computerize maintenance management program (ASAP). Developed and installed new computerized estimating system using MEANS facility maintenance estimator and Excel spreadsheet. I am currently working with larger software company in developing a program which will be incorporated into the computerized drafting and maintenance administrator program.
