As the Logs and Records Clerk Supervisor, responsible for screening work orders and ensuring aircraft logbooks and database are updated for 30 aircraft of 14 different Type Model Series IAW Navy Directives. As Technical Directive manager responsible for screening over 3500 aircraft and engine Technical Directives utilizing DeckPlate (Navy database program)to verify incorporation and ensured all technical directives were properly logged in the logbook and other automated information systems for 30 aircraft. Additionally, responsible for ensuring all aircraft related correspondence is 100% accurate and sent to cognizant agencies in a timely manner.

Executed security detail between federal, state, local and military law enforcement agencies for President George W. Bush’s visit to the Naval War College in 2007. Managed and provided supervision to subordinates, who performed the maintenance, upkeep and basic record keeping of the squadron’s aircraft and engine logbooks and records. Planned and scheduled maintenance inspections for 22 aircraft of 12 different type model series. As Data Analysis analyzed data and prepared project synopses comparing alternatives to terms of cost, time, necessary equipment and staff and recommend a course of action, and creating charts and graphs for upper management. Maintain knowledge of data automation practices to advice on alternative approaches in application system development and problem resolution. Routinely provided training and assistance to multiple detachments on setting up NALCOMIS Legacy stand alone servers and workstations, routers, hubs, and provided troubleshooting procedures.
