• Advanced Proficiency in using, and repairing Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, and 7 including the ability to diagnose, and repair problems with LAN, and wireless networks, interacting with new and repaired hardware, and resolving conflicts with other programs such as browsers, and third party software.

• Microsoft Office: Firm grasp on how to create, and modify documents with in all office programs, use templates, and inform through conversation how to use features within most versions of Office.
