• Independently handling purchase of capital and consumable materials for engineering and maintenance product.
• Sourcing out materials & services for on going production & projects from domestic market as well as international market.
• Cost saving analysis based on technical evolutions with features comparison.
• Preparing Tenders/RFQ and sending it to registered vendors, obtains quotations for purchase of materials, components, equipment or services. • Making comparative statements, negotiating with suppliers. Preparing Application Form for getting Essentiality Certificate from Director General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) & Coordinating with Custom Clearing Agent for Customs Clearing of the consignment upon arrival & for essentiality certificate from DGH.
• Follow up with the vendors to ensure delivery of the materials orders with the delivery schedule & keeping end users informed on the order status.
• Handling Data and Generating Reports as per the requirement of the top management. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records through systematic filing for auditing and future references.
• Maintaining list of purchase Order issued, EC obtained for imported goods and for goods imported on rental basis
• Cash purchase of low value non-stock items, which are required urgently.
• Vendor database management.
• Vendor follow – up for on time supply of materials.
• Identification of supplied material as per P.O. and make documentation for payment process.
• Ware house documentations to keep track on inventory management.
• Monthly inventory audit and quarterly third party audit ( e.g .KPMG Audit, DGH Audit)
