• Trials and tests to use New Energetics compound, representatives of green chemistry as Solid Peroxides, Nitrotriazole (NTO) or Dinitramides (collaborated with Eurenco-Bofors) in explosives emulsions formulations.
• Monitored and evaluated existing processes and systems and provided technological and engineering support and made recommendations for the continuous improvement of the facilities, equipment, production processes, in support of safety, quality, and value targets and milestones during my work as Project Manager.

• Formulation and development of a patent composition and technology for manufacturing of a plastic explosive with outstanding results in civil demolition activities. The Romanian Technical-Economical Council of the Ministry of Work approved this material to be used in industrial and civil application in 2001.
• Development of a composition and a technology used in the manufacturing of a flexible detonating ribbon showing good results in demolition and cutting of metallic structures.
• Development of a composition and a technology using PETN for manufacturing the API (active pharmaceutical ingredients) for drugs used in treating cardiac conditions in cooperation with specialists from S.C. Terapia S.A. Cluj Napoca, Romania.
