Since its inception over 80 years ago, Caterpillar has grown to be the world's largest maker of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, and industrial gas turbines.

Sr. Manufacturing & Systems Engineer (2008-2009)

Led and maintained change control systems processes and the execution of engineering changes for the fabrications areas with full financial responsibility for a $25 million annual budget.

§ Direct responsibility for managing direct report staff of change coordinators and supply chain partners.

Engineering Change Control & NPI Execution Manager (2007-2008)

Managed the HEX & Tubes and G Fabrication areas with responsibility for the efficient execution of all daily activities and functions of direct reports, supply chain planners, and production supervisors in the new production introduction assembly and fabrication areas.

§ Adhered to a $16 million annual budget; reduced inventory in excess of $1 million with the audit and correction of bills of materials.
