Led and maintained change control systems processes and the execution of engineering changes for the fabrications areas with full financial responsibility for a $25 million annual budget.

Engineering Change Control & NPI Execution Manager (2007-2008)
Managed the HEX & Tubes and G Fabrication areas with responsibility for the efficient execution of all daily activities and functions of direct reports, supply chain planners, and production supervisors in the new production introduction assembly and fabrication areas.
