Responsible for facility coordination of 35 Cigna sites in the Phoenix area. This includes corporate offices, sales
offices, call centers, medical clinics and an outpatient surgery center. Duties include ensuring accuracy of all
facility invoices and process appropriately, manage budgets, timely execution of purchase orders, oversee vendors
and technicians in the field, inspect job sites and provide feedback to vendors and manager. Coordinate all
moves including personnel moves, furniture and medical equipment and any other space related needs. Apply
problem solving skills on a daily basis in all aspects of site coordination, facility moves, vendor scheduling and
building aesthetics. Handle customer service requests and work on solutions to achieve high customer service
satisfaction. Work well in a team environment by contributing ideas and assist as needed on various facility
projects. Upload organize and maintain pertinent data on PayPlus, IWMS, Excel, Word and e-facilites. Recently
was given responsibility of the Energy Star account.
