• Handled event planning duties for annual company Mardi Gras party and semiannual company seminars. Events included 200-300 attendees and required print advertising, email blasts, on-site collateral, facilities management, registration organization, catering and decorating.
• Miscellaneous duties include overseeing web hosting for clients and all three sister companies, managing web server and employee email accounts, performing all corporate online marketing, organizing monthly company meetings and creating corresponding Power Point presentations, writing company systems and streamlining the company filing/archiving system.

• Developed the NFL stadium campaign proposal from creative brief to media plan, budget and creative concepts.
