Assist in writing moderation guides and recruitment screeners that ensure the client receives the appropriate feedback from respondents during the focus group and that they receive the feedback from the desired consumer base.
Responsible for taking minute by minute notes of the discussion taking place in the focus group so they could be used for the top line report turned into the end user. These notes had to edited and turned in with an 6-12 hour time frame.

Call Center Director
