• Assist in planning construction procedures, specifications, work schedules, and material needs, supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in field commercial construction projects.

• Inspect work performed by subcontractors, including ductwork, wiring, and pipe installations, to ensure conformance with specifications.

• Examine blueprints, select materials, and inspect them to ensure conformance with provisions of building codes, local ordinances, and specifications.

• Responsible for assigned segment of project.

• Inspect work in progress to ensure that work conforms to specifications and adherence to work schedules.
