Work on Huawei (BSC 6000,BSC,6600,BSC6680) and Huawei CDMA BTS(3601C ,3606C,3606E,3606AC), Huawei GSM BTS (3012_II,3006,3006C) and LUCENT BTS(Modcell3,Modcell4.0a,Modcell4.0b,ModcellC4400) in Reliance Communication Lucknow Cluster.
CDMA
Primary responsibilities include Operation and Maintenance of Network and handling network Monitoring tools.
Data base creation of 1X and EVDO sites form MSC/BSC end, complete integration, monitoring and control along with O&M of Lucent and Huawei BTS from MSC/BSC end.
Radio Network Performance Sites with utilization <70 will be considered.
Coordination with O&M Engineer for any degradation in performance due to hardware/alarms.
New site integration and carrier upgrade as per ODD and daily O&M work at ECP/BSC end.
Outage and E1 down (with TT number and analysis report) report publish daily of assigned BSC/MSC. Coordination with O&M and transport/provisioning team for restoration.
Publish Alarms daily and get the rectification done in coordination with O&M engineer.
Site parameter audit with dump in coordination with RF Engineer and also make dump available for RF Engineers.
Zero call sector analysis, rectification in coordination with O&M Engineer.
Work order, SO number generation and timely execution. BSC health checkup during PM WO execution.
Planned event generation/closure in coordination with O&M Engineer.
Maintain database for assigned MSC/BSC for connectivity with BTS (SM/AP detail/Router Port ID/ Multilink Group detail and E1 detail with SO number).
GSM
New site integration and TRX addition/removal as per ODD and daily O&M work at BSC end.
Outage and E1 down (with TT number and analysis report) report publish daily of assigned BSC. Coordination with O&M and transport/provisioning team for restoration for ATP sign off sites.
Publish Alarms (VSWR/Cards fault) daily and get the rectification done in coordination with O&M engineer for ATP sign off sites.
Site parameter audit with dump in coordination with RF Engineer and also make dump available for RF Engineers.
Every fortnight BCCH/BSIC/LAC dump for GSM BSC and rectification in coordination with RF Engineers. Inter BSC handoff definition verification/correction for 1C signoff sites.
Planned Event, Work order, SO number generation and timely execution/closure. BSC health checkup during PM WO execution.
Maintain database for assigned BSC for connectivity with BTS. (E1 detail with FAC id/SO number).
