Responsibility’s were to over see the Quality of materials being received and the product being delivered as well as all inspections of formed steel panels, metal forming of flashing and manufacturing of wood trusses with documentation and certification. I maintained instrument calibrations and enacted on all Quality rejections in plant as well as in the field, creating and enforcing standard operating procedures for plant operation.

All safety aspects of plant operations’ ,such as inspections, fire and storm drills, safety training of employees, documenting and treating of accidents, purchasing safety equipment and heading the safety committee.

Maintain Inventory, weekly cycle counts and the yearly asset register.

New employee orientations and training.

Back-up or fill in for other members of management in there absents. Including Traffic Manager for five years

Buying of all steel and plastic strapping for plant and sales operations

Selling of all steel and aluminum scrap

Communicate with corporate

maintenance, management and operators on new and old projects.

Over see and hands on installation of new machinery and it’s operation.
