Responsible for schedule execution, quality control, cost control and overall construction/installation works management in the areas of turbine BOP equipment installation, including large pumps and motors (boiler feed pumps, circulating water pumps, condensate pumps, etc.), feedwater heat exchangers, condensers, storage tanks, cranes, and various other equipment. Specific responsibilities/accomplishments:

* Directly supervised rotating equipment setting and alignment, field machining, rigging/setting/moving of heavy equipment, equipment preservation, flushing and pressure-testing.

* Conceived and implemented site Inspection and Test Plan for all mechanical equipment.

* Developed sub-schedules in Microsoft Project for input into overall plant construction schedule.

* Managed RFI (Request for Information) system, and liaised with vendors and engineering for prompt feedback.

* Coordinated vendor deliveries based on site conditions and construction scheduling needs.

* Organized inspections, certifications and authorizations with local, state and third party Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

* Actively advised installation contractor of detailed turbine and generator assembly sequence through hands-on, interactive instruction, technical procedure reviews and weekly planning meetings.
