o Assignments included repaints and new work; interior and exterior treatment and application; and application of latex and oil finishes as well as high-performance acrylic. Projects often included water, smoke, and fire damage restoration; sheetrock repair; and minor carpentry.

o Evaluated blueprints and project sheets on the front end and asked relevant questions to make sure the team understood applicable goals before delegating assignments.
o Advised general contractors, industrial foremen and leads, architects, and upper management (professional customers) on project progress, including foreseeable obstacles and proposed solutions.
o Generated and distributed daily reports for onsite supervisors. Generated weekly safety reports on industrial and commercial jobs. Coordinated with onsite trade supervisors in a project management capacity to make certain work stayed on schedule so other stakeholders could move forward with their deliverables without interruption. Provided courtesy pulse checks/project updates daily for customers. Addressed questions from industry professionals, client executives, residential customers, and team members. Proffered budget advice (when asked) for homeowners who needed to stretch dollars. Consulted with homeowners who were uncertain how to proceed with their projects.
