OBJECTIVE

Seeking a position in Human Resources utilizing leadership and research skills developed through work experience in areas such as teamwork, project management, negotiations, documentation, problem-solving, data analysis as well as Masters Degree in Training and Development. I have years of diverse work experience in research and development including training and management. Finally, I worked in a team environment for ten years, interacting with customers inside and outside of the company, and introducing various diversity team games in group meetings. I coordinated and managed the Safety and Housekeeping Inspection Program in a twenty-six member Analytical Chemistry group for ten years, and was an active chairperson for the Women Business Issues group (WBI). I have been a mentor at work and in my community.
