9/6/07–10/19/07 Teledyne Cougar – CAD Drafter, contract position
through R&D Technical Services, Inc. Responsible for incorporating redline changes to existing drawings and documentation through ECO process. Edit of Bill of Materials and item master database.
5/25/00 – 1/9/07
LumaSense,Inc. – CAD Drafter, contract position through Fastek Technical, first 6 months. Working in a Document Control Department, I was responsible for making drafting changes while maintaining the company drawing database using both AutoCAD 2000/2005/2007 LT and Solidworks 2007 3-D. Used Microsoft Word and Excel 2000 for creation of assembly procedures and spreadsheets. Supported Engineering Department while incorporating weekly document redline changes outlined in ECO/ECN packages. Special drawing projects for prototype product designs. While working with a co-worker I was responsible for making full & reduced size prints on both laser and blue-line printers for review in weekly CCB meetings. Assembled master documentation binders for all new products also revisions to existing documents for final release to production floor.
8/99 – 12/99
Spectra Physics – CAD Drafter, contract position through West Valley Engineering. Using Pro-Engineer Release 19, created fully dimensioned mechanical drawings from 3D solid models, which were used to machine aluminum parts. Responsible for ECO incorporation to CAD database using Pro-Engineer and AutoCAD Release 14.
4/99 – 7/99
LAM Research, Inc.-Drafter III, contract position through MK Technical Services. Responsible for incorporation of engineering changes to LAM drawing database using Pro-E release 19 and AutoCAD Release 14. Changes made from redline input included in ECR package. Primary duty was to support engineers in Engineering Department with changes to various drawings and Bills of Material while using Pro/PDM file management program.

Education 2/05- Self paced on-line training course for Solidworks Basic 3-D skills, (completed with passing score).
6/04- One day seminar for Solidworks, Introduction to Basic 3-D Drafting.
4/86 thru 2/87- The Copper Connection, Inc.- 154 hours in Computer-Aided Design (AutoCAD) and 96 hours of Printed Circuit Design.
Ongoing - DeAnza and Foothill Jr. Colleges -59 units completed toward AA degree in Design Drafting with courses in Basic Electronics. Certificates of completion were received for both classes.
7/2/97 thru 7/6/97- Parametric Technology Corporation course in Basic Drawing for Pro-Engineer.
9/22/97 thru 9/24/97- Parametric Technology Corporation course in assembly drawings for Pro-Engineer.
