Account Manager - Learning Solutions

Project Leader for company in the Performance Improvement industry, integrating communication, learning, marketing, and measurement solutions for leadership and sales organizations. Clients included the Legal, Retail, Pharmaceutical and Banking industries. Projects involved courses on product knowledge, selling skills, leadership development and process training. A blended learning approach was used with each solution (instructor-led, self-study, e-learning and web based, live events, sales meetings, etc.). Managed a project team for each deployment.

Key Accomplishments

➢ Launched a national communication, training and sales incentive program for bank tellers to leverage new account volume. Developed Train-the-Leader model and a process for distribution.

➢ Comprehensive meeting content was designed, developed and delivered for 100-500 leaders and sales representatives who were moving to a new CRM system, team selling approach and new product launch.

Consulted on business and operational strategies within the Healthcare, Banking and Academic markets. Collaborated with clients on their vision and leadership development needs. Created models and custom solutions that were specific to the organization. Also, redesigned existing curriculum of a Customer Service program.

➢ In concert with an executive leadership team of a healthcare system, designed and implemented a new corporate vision to 7,000 employees. Facilitated workshops, led leadership development sessions, and provided project management support.
