EXPERIENCE
ALPHA 3 CONSULTING, LLC., Cherry Hill, NJ October 2011 – Present Project Controls Manager
As a Project Controls Manager at Alpha3 Consulting, LLC I supported the management and execution of projects for Alpha3’s clients. My responsibilities include Project Planning, Project Economic Recovery and Alternatives Analysis, Estimating & Budget Development, Bidding and Negotiation Support, Contract Management, Earned Value Management, Cost Control, CPM Scheduling and Updating and Risk Analysis & Risk-Adjusted Scheduling. I focus on the areas that create the greatest risk of impacting project quality or leading to cost or schedule overruns. Those areas are then managed with consistent attention to ensure that projects are on the right track. I provided services and training based on accepted standards for individual project execution or enterprise-wide management. In either case, I worked with its clients to manage their projects successfully, to improve or eliminate processes that increase risk, and to capture and repeat processes that reduce risk.
