Hired as the Sarasota Division’s first Project Manager in 2003 when Levitt and Sons had nothing but raw land in Sarasota.

Since 2003 I have been in charge of all aspects of operations and, now have three communities under construction; Cascades (454 Homes + 28,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse & Pool), Riomar (154 Homes) and Southern Hills (925 Homes). The Sarasota Division is budgeted to close 400 homes in calendar 2006.

• At raw land stage of all three communities I was heavily involved in all aspects of the engineering process, water, sewer and the building of all related roads.

• Interviewed and hired Project Managers for each of the Communities listed above who report directly to me.

• In addition to 3 Project Managers 45 people in total report to me either directly or indirectly.

• Managed the construction of model centers for each of the three communities listed above.

• Oversaw the day-to-day operations of Customer Service along with hiring managers and staff.

• Managed the local day-to-day Design Center setup and operations.

• Managed the local Purchasing and contracts administration including bids and negotiating processes.
