 Pack chemical in accordance to CHESI standards and guidelines, while keeping track of compliance of federal and state regulations.

 Advice customer on technical matters in terms of compliance with federal and state regulations regarding health and safety, environmental and transportations rules and regulations.

 Maintain the crew’s safety by doing safety assessment of the project and working with the crew and the client to resolve and/minimize any potential issues that may arise due to the assessment.

 Act as liaison between the customer and the office to communicate any concern, questions or request that the customer may have.

 Try to foresee and anticipate needs and concerns that the customer may have to minimize any effect on the running operation.

 Interpret, understand, communicate and comply with the rules, regulations and operating procedures of the different customer to the crew and office.

 Active participant of the regions H&S meetings to discuss situations, concerns and possible solutions to these situations.

 Actively train new personnel on procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines concerning our customers, our company and the different states we work at.

 Taken responsibilities above my position which include doing scopes for potential customers to complete quotes, coordinating schedules for employees to maximize resources, dealt with corporate office to release customer off credit hold, performing customer service functions in the office.
