Responsible for organizing the Manufacturing Training program and execution of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) seminar for all production key operators.
Selected Accomplishment:
a. Conduct OEE seminar among key operators focusing on downtime contributors and its elimination.
b. Orchestrated the selection and processing of applicants for Supervision 2000
c. Developed and submitted to Mfg Director the proposed Manufacturing Training Program
2. Maintenance Manager I- Detergent Plant and Central Shop (11/94 – 02/96)
Responsible for quality repairs on production equipments by providing the day to day directions to 25 member mechanics. Oversee the procurement, receiving and disbursement operations of mechanical store room.
