1. Working as lead pipeline/piping stress engineer for KOC project. Provision of pipelines under the new water injection project for the Raudhatain & Sabriyah fields in North Kuwait.

General Activities

i) Review and implementation of ITB Documents/ Client Criteria / Basis of Design.

ii)Assessment of job quantum, man-hour estimation and man-power planning.

iii) Preparation of deliverables register, stress design basis and job specifications.

iv) Preparation of piping stress critical line list.

d. Conduct of formal computer analysis for critical equipment piping viz. turbines, pumps, compressors, air fin coolers, heaters, reactors, heat exchangers etc..

e. Generate & involved in checking Piping stress reports.

f. Review & check equipment/machinery nozzle forces.

g. UG & FRP pipe stress analysis.

h. Nozzle loads checking using WRC calculations, Flange leakage & Trunnion check calculations

i. Able to design, recommend various types of pipe supports like spring support, rigid struts..etc

2. Working in stress critical lines on wellhead offshore platforms, in ADMA-OPCO Um LLulu project proposal.

3. Worked in UPPER ZAKUM 750K (ZADCO) proposal in Piping Stress critical analysis.

4. Worked as stress lead in Offshore feed verification ZWSC ADDITIONAL 100 MBD

MODIFICATIONS project, with client ADMA-OPCO (ABU DHABI MARINE OPERATING

COMPANY).

4. Worked as lead stress in proposals Petrochemical & Refinery units for KNPC LPG,

KNPC- AGRP , NSRP Refinery Plant.
