Insurance Medical Services ( March 2007 to Present ) : Currently working with IMS in Administrative and Accounting department. Responsibilities include:

• Payroll – Preparing Invoices. Processing bi-weekly paychecks using intuit service.

• Payroll – Preparing year end 1099 for vendors using QuickBooks. And 1096 to submit IRS.

• Billing - Cases for accounts receivable, completing cases to send out for billing.

• Filing - File & retrieve corporate documents, records & reports.

Additional Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:

• Prepare invoices, reports, memos and other documents using word processing, read and analyze incoming memos including faxes and submitting back to correct party with information requested. Making timely payments of bills and lab invoices.
