Zimmer: Without prior medical training, I designed and scripted six interactive multimedia demonstrations of FDA-compliant orthopedic surgical techniques for MDs and sales consultants. The courses were described by one surgeon as “amazingly clear, accurate and informative.”
ADP, Inc.: Scripted a 30-minute regulatory compliance course on ADP’s new global privacy policy. This course included interactive multimedia with video and will be translated into six languages.
Toyota Motor Sales: Designed and scripted a five-course, three-hour foundational e-learning curriculum for Toyota dealership sales consultants in 90 days. Course is now required for dealer certification. Designed interactive simulation for Lexus that won a Brandon Hall Award for Best Custom Content.
Mercedes-Benz USA: Scripted a two-part e-learning course on fleet sales for MBUSA dealers. Following deployment of the course, some dealerships reported monthly fleet sales increases of up to 27% and none less than 8%.
