I sold and lead all projects and follow on work for our customers. I am also responsible for partner relationships and providing process and system advice to our clients and developing tools, processes and sales materials to substantially improve the performance, time line and cost of our projects. Under my guidance, average implementation timelines were reduced from original estimates of 12 to 18 months to 3 months at a fraction of the cost. This provided the sales organization with the ability to sell more, for the company to substantially increase the value of services and created significant customer satisfaction improvements.

• In a down market, recruited staff and increased Services revenues year on year.

• Sold and delivered Allegro’s largest License/Services deal, developing a $22 million dollar multiple year customer relationship.

Shell’s shared services organization, Shell Services Company, was embarking on a new direction establishing a line of business to provide Business Process Outsourcing to the Energy Industry.
Achievements:
• Worked internationally to establish Global Competency Centers in London and in the Pacific Basin to provide on-going support and to coordinate over 50 projects worldwide.
• Won a $100 million contract to implement business process improvement and IT overhaul in Shell Chemical Company.

Reichhold Chemicals is a $1 billion company with manufacturing and sales offices throughout the US, Canada and Europe. As part of a rebuilding process, The CEO directed that the organization was to be re-invented and re-focused.

• Removed over $300 million in costs resulting in a profitable business in the year following the restructuring.
• Led the redesign of all business processes in all areas of the business including restructuring to eliminate divisions and creating a customer-centric business model with support organizations affecting 2300 employees.
