Job Responsibilities

District Manager/Service Supervisor

• Plans activities performed by meter readers and service technicians

• Oversees the investigation and initiation of spec sheets for new and replacement services

• Ensures operations records maintenance and regulatory requirements are met

• Delegates acquisitions right of ways for mains and services in the operating area

• Oversees the investigation of significant events in the area and informs appropriate levels of management

• Prepares budget for operational area

• Promotes safety for customers and the public, as well as the people reporting to me

• Ensures those reporting to me meet all training requirements

Job Responsibilities

Designer

• For both new business and replacement projects, determines the location of facilities, prepares work orders, sketches, right-of-way requests, permit requests and the estimates from engineer’s and technician’s field notes in processing a job from initiation to completion

• With the guidance of an engineer, specifies the optimum design for a given application

• Reviews WO completion documents to verify facilities have been constructed as proposed

• Works with marketing department to provide cost estimates for new business projects and conducts preliminary cost-benefit analysis for these projects

• Works with other utility companies, municipalities, corporations, and regulatory authorities regarding public works and other projects affecting PPL Gas facilities and prepares estimates for reimbursement due the company because of these projects

• Coordinates the efforts of contractors and company personnel in an effort to complete construction projects in an effective, efficient manner

• Performs basic flow calculations using engineering software

• Calculates regulator-relief capacities to ensure optimum sizing of gas facilities

• Assists in preparing bid documents for major construction projects

• Handled multiple projects and deadlines

• Knowledge of Work Order system and Passport Inventory system

Operations Supervisor

• Oversees construction of new mains, service and transmission line replacement

• Supervise all operating personnel in completing capital projects each fiscal year

• Make sure all documentation, right-of-ways, and permits are obtained for construction activities and are maintained

• Responsible for operational area and customer base of Troy Operational Area ensuring safety of customers and completes gas repairs and leaks are completed

• Ensure an adequate inventory system of parts and material is maintained to ensure construction activities are meet

Storage Operations Supervisor

• Is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling work done within an operating field

• Direct reports that I supervise include operations personnel, operation technicians, master technicians, and storage master

• Focus on quality of work performed, the effective use of resources, the safety of the public and personnel, achievement budget goals, increasing gas sales by satisfying customers, and effectively responding to emergency situations

• My field responsibility includes transmission, distribution, and storage delivery

• Assist in the development and execution of expansion of storage filled pool-32 bcf field- both east end and west end field

• Implementation of other reservoir engineering project

• Provide supervision of field personnel and all storage capital work projects

• Work in liaison fashion with storage engineering in well logging, flow testing, well plugging, and corrosion measure to ensure integrity of field

• Assist in Transmission Line Integrity management program in storage field

• Coordinate all rigging, drilling, and other contractors to maintain well operational status

• Coordinate all capital work and pipeline replacement and well head change outs with contractors and company crews.

• Project Manager of Meeker Storage conversion for tri-ethylene glycol dehydration plant operations and maintenance set-up and including compression

• I have led multiple teams in the storage field to ensure all work is completed in the field with external and internal personnel.

• Provide ongoing constructability input into project design

• Ensures all applicable permits are in place prior to commencement of work
