Paint Process Engineer

My actual job position a Paint process Engineer at International Automotive Components North American located in Monterrey, Mexico. I have more than 2 and a half years in the company. Experienced in primer, basecoat and clearcoat application in 1K and 2K waterbase and solventbase. Responsable for establish the paint parameters, set up sheet and create robot programs for paint application (Fanuc and ABB Tralfa experience). Analyse causes of scrap in painted parts and eliminate these conditions. Integration of new equipments. Coordinate new projects for the paint line. CV and references are available on request.
