Details: Now a day’s cost of the steel is more than the reinforced rubber material. Commonly used leaf spring is made up of steel strips but cost of spring is increased. Overcome this drawback the air spring is introduce in market for reducing the cost of spring and provide higher comfort. Air spring is made up of reinforced rubber material it provide better comfort than commercial leaf spring. The elasticity of rubber greater than steel hence the air spring is most suitable for heavy loaded vehicle.
