•Currently responsible for the quality manufacturing of model year WA580 transmissions. In a team based environment. Daily rate set at 819 units per shift.
•Responsible to maintain QS9001 Standards and performing daily audits of the production area.
This plant recently received the Shingo Award for Lean Manufacturing principle implemetation.

•Responsible for the quality recovery and rebuild of l transmissions. 11/2001 to 03/2003

•Responsible for the quality build of the 42LE 606 Transmission used in the LH Platform and Specialty Vehicles. Daily volumes of 800 units per shift with 97% FTT. 07/1993 to 09/1997
•Responsible for up to 75 hourly employees and direction of 2 supervisors.
