Human Resources Operations :
Taking care of entire Recruitment cycle from Manpower Planning to facilitate joining of an employee through various available sources such as Portals, Consultant, Referrals, and Networking etc.
Churning out HR Reports such as Cost Tracker, HR Budgeting, Manpower Costing, Gender Analysis, Attrition Analysis, HR Dashboard etc.
Responsible for Orientation/Induction of new buddies (joiners).
