As I have stated in my resume, I have extensive experience working with a very broad array of patients. In addition, I have had constant interaction and negotiation with multiple levels of management that has strengthened my interpersonal and administrative skills. I am accustomed to a fast-paced environment where handling multiple jobs and patients simultaneously is a day-to-day occurrence. My experience has allowed me to master my skills in assessing, evaluating, and implementing patient care plans, discharge planning, and patient and family education. My approach includes a combination of modalities, manual therapy intervention, exercise prescription-progression, therapeutic exercises and different techniques like PNF, Mckenzie, Bobath to help develop muscular strength, endurance, stability, neuromuscular control and coordination.
I have developed communication skills with families and other health care providers. I am equally comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. I am equally adept at maintaining excellent relationships with patients, family members and doctors.
