• Designed hand tools, tooling and gauge fixtures for product assembly lines and R&D testing, including SLA models. Tooling was primarily modelled in Pro-E, followed by generation of CAD drawings for fabrication, GD&T, selection of material and Ergonomics Review.

• Teamed with multiple engineering disciplines and R&D product development to facilitate and identify modifications required for ease of assembly, part minimization and maximum performance in a fast-paced FDA-regulated environment.
