I have extensive experience with the patent application preparation and prosecution process and have performed many U.S. and PCT patent application filings. Also, I have drafted more than 100 patent applications, Responses to Office Actions, validity and infringement opinions, and appeal briefs in the biotechnology, biochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, medical device, nanotechnology, and mechanical arts.
