Selected Accomplishment
Revitalized dormant accounts. Challenged to turn around HSBC’s non-producing accounts. Improved relationships with key decision makers for each account, re-solidifying customer base. Analyzed customer needs using a consultative approach. Turned 85% of accounts into producing accounts, achieving #1 ranking regionally.
Grew client base to achieve top ranking. Recruited by WMC to develop accounts in new region. Initiated cold call strategy to generate new business. Created strong relationship management techniques, gaining credibility and increasing brand awareness. Grew client base from 0 to 65 key partnerships, averaging $15M a month in revenue.
Seized new market opportunities. Tasked to increase territory revenue for HSBC. Executed targeted marketing campaign through prospecting/networking, focusing on untapped Hispanic community. Built and secured key accounts, increasing monthly revenue from $2M to $7M. Became Chicago’s #1 Account Executive.
Recaptured sales. Promoted by HSBC to develop a Loan Retention center. Developed marketing strategies and department processes, creating software triggers for cross-selling opportunities and loan modifications. Recaptured $255M in sales by developing loan retention process and $75M in new loans sales.
Created winning sales team. Tasked to develop sales team for my skyrocketing territory. Developed and implemented training program for new sales and sales support team, focusing on solution-based selling and customer satisfaction. Increased total monthly volume from $10M to $16M for WMC.
Career History
Account Executive, Security Atlantic Mortgage Company, 2008 to present. Established and managed 45 mortgage broker relationships in the Chicago area for this startup financial services organization. Implemented cold call strategies, relationship and solution based selling techniques, consistently increasing sales and revenue.
Account Executive, JP Morgan Chase Residential Mortgage, 2007 to 2008. Developed and expanded the Chicago territory for this leading global financial services firm with $2T+ in assets. Created and implemented sales strategies based upon consultative and relationship management techniques.
Business Development Representative, WMC, GE Money Company, 2005 to 2007. Managed relationships and provided internet based financial services for 65 mortgage brokers.
