Professional Experience

Examine documentation such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, maps, contracts and agreements in order to verify factors such as properties’ legal descriptions, ownership, or restrictions and determine if such will affect title and limit property use.

Retrieve and examine real estate closing files for accuracy and to ensure that information included is recorded and executed according to regulations and insure the marketability of such title.

Coordinate all aspects of closing and funding with various lenders. Communicate and interpret to Borrowers mortgage documents, lenders’ requirements and witness signing of documents. Prepare HUD, ship final closing documents and disbursed funds accordingly.

Clear title so that ownership of real estate can be transferred, processing necessary paperwork to ensure legal transaction and submission of documents to the County Clerk for recording.

Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations as Settlement Agent:

o Traveled extensively in the Southern area of NJ and PA to attend real estate closings.

Closing of real estate transactions which involves the coordination of numerous administrative, clerical, legal, computer and accounting functions. Revise title commitment and insure the marketability of such title.
