Mission Foods is an international multibillion dollar company with corporate offices in Dallas, Texas and Monterey, Mexico. The New Brighton Plant manufactures corn tortillas, flour tortillas, fried corn chips, and un-fried corn chips. Responsibilities included operating a 24/7 production operation, managing 6 production supervisors, 12 line leads and over 225 non-union hourly associates.

• Lowered overtime from 23% to less than 6%.

Starmark Foods manufactured frozen pies and cakes; mayonnaise, salad dressings, bottled vinegar, dips, refrigerated salads, fresh salads, cooked and refrigerated sauces and fresh and frozen meat.
