My responsibilities include coordination with mental health counselor and doctor for clients who have co-occurring disorders or chronic medical problems to determine appropriateness for admission. I conducted psychosocial assessments to determine needs of clients and level of care. I am also admissions supervisor over our two homeless programs, Higher Ground and
Reaching New Heights.
Other duties include auditing of client’s charts for up to date documentation and writing treatment plans for APS services for approval for authorization of treatment and funding. I am responsible for submitting monthly reports to administration on new intakes.
